We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Service Relationship Manager in Leeds, UK. This challenging role offers flexibility to work from home or our South Central Leeds office, or Harrogate office if preferred.

The ideal candidate will coordinate and manage service provision to clients, drawing upon designated service teams and specialist resources.

Aon Advisory provides risk solutions to businesses across various sectors in the UK. Clients require bespoke insurance programmes and associated risk management services.

The successful candidate will work with Client Managers to deliver high-level service to assigned clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Client Managers to understand client business and insurance requirements, and contributing to the formulation of service plans.
  • Identifying potential improvements in client risk & insurance programme design and making recommendations to Client Managers.
  • Identifying revenue development opportunities on allocated client accounts and making recommendations to Client Managers.
  • Ensuring contract certainty is delivered and acting as an escalation point for colleagues in relation to contract certainty queries.
  • Professionally representing Aon, demonstrating an understanding of corporate objectives, and continually improving personal knowledge through appropriate training.

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
