About the Role

In this dynamic role as Account Development Manager at Pareto, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base with warm leads.

You will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client need, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer service. With a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, you will maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM software.

A bachelor's degree and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. We offer a competitive salary of £35k per annum (OTE), comprehensive benefits, and career growth opportunities in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
