We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Warrington.

About the Role:
  1. Provide responsive breakdown and planned preventative maintenance services to ensure smooth operation of estates' mechanical plant.
  2. Maintenance of commercial-grade equipment, including plumbing, pipework, venting, pumps, valves, AHU's, FCU's, feeds, motors, and associated equipment.
  3. Deliver minor project works and refurbishment, adhering to safe systems of work and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a suitable mechanical apprenticeship and City and Guilds or equivalent qualification, with experience working on general Building Services maintenance.

Earn an estimated £36,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience level, with benefits including optional overtime, paid at x1 rate, 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays, and van or car with personal use.
