Job Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver trade union education courses and programmes for RCN workplace representatives and active members in the South West region.
  • Collaborate with the ALD Team on strategic work, designing new education courses and programmes, drafting learning materials and resources, leading on projects, and bringing trade union pedagogy expertise to strengthen the work across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with activists, trade union education, and delivering impactful learning experiences. A competitive salary of £66,909 - £75,492 pro rata is offered, along with a hybrid working model allowing up to 60% of working time to be carried out from home.
