Key Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance protocols for Hamilton House and its services
  • Ensure a healthy and safe environment for occupants
  • Day-to-day management of the office, including maintenance of machinery and installations
  • Organize a planned preventative maintenance regime

Requirements

  • NEBOSH qualification
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a Facilities Team
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage contracts and relations with external suppliers and stakeholders
