Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our commercial growth team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage revenue growth levers to drive sustainable growth for the business, across mix management, price, promotion optimisation and trade terms optimisation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue growth, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalise on them.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Harnham is a leading player in the FMCG space, owning various household name brands. We have undergone a major data & tech transformation over the last year, which has led to large investment into the space and creation of new roles – including this one.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a commercial or sales role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with IBM, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, or other similar tools.
