Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales professional to join our team at Adecco. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through proactive outreach and relationship-building with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls and converting enquiries into sales opportunities
  • Proactively making outbound calls to potential customers and generating new business leads
  • Building relationships with existing customers and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Updating the CRM system with accurate and timely information

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A confident and persuasive telephone manner
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A customer-focused approach and a desire to exceed expectations
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
