Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, smart, and confident individual to join our team in the Southampton office. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the Built Environment, though this is not essential. The role involves 360 recruitment, meaning you will be responsible for both client/company engagement and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write well-constructed and attractive job adverts
  • Proactively search for relevant CVs online
  • Screen candidates for roles and assist them through the interview process
  • Provide interview feedback and keep candidates updated on their applications
  • Build your personal and our company brand using social media, such as LinkedIn
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure clients and candidates receive the best possible service and attention
