Residential Fire and Building Specialist

Michael Page is seeking a Residential Fire and Building Specialist to join their team due to an increase in workload and team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about building safety to contribute to the company's mission of delivering exceptional services to customers.
The ideal candidate will possess or be working towards a minimum Level 3 diploma or equivalent in a relevant field. A strong understanding of fire and building safety regulations, along with proficiency in risk management software, is essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of HRBs, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations, and fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and continual improvement. You will also be responsible for investigating building safety incidents and managing the Mandatory Occurrence Reporting process.
The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression and development.
