A Construction Regulatory Specialist is needed to oversee high-rise residential buildings in Nottinghamshire, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and continual improvement.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-rise buildings, providing advice and guidance on building safety to internal and external stakeholders, and conducting quarterly assessments of building safety risks.

About You:

  • Possess or be working towards a minimum Level 3 diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in fire and building safety.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Building Safety Act, regulatory Gateways, and digital building information requirements.
