Salary: £43,041 - £73,135 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

You will provide high-quality primary care services, including emergency response and first night in custody/new registration services. You will be responsible for maintaining effective case management services, ensuring continuity of treatment throughout a patient's care pathway while detained in prison.

  1. Support Integrated Healthcare Service Delivery: Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver effective clinical models of care.
  2. National Standards Implementation: Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of National Standards for Health Care in Prisons.
  3. Clinic Management: Ensure timely and clinically effective delivery of clinics and consultations, aligning with service needs.
  4. High-Quality Clinical Care: Provide exceptional clinical care within the Integrated Healthcare Service for the prison, encompassing acute and primary care, long-term conditions management, and health promotion activities.
Requirements

As a Registered Nurse at Band 5 or 6, you must possess robust expert clinical skills, with a sound understanding of evidence-based nursing practice. You should be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to ensure quality and outcome-driven practice daily.
