Salary: Up to £19.00 per hour + bonus opportunity of up to £1,050 per month which equates to a basic annual salary of Up to £41,990 and OTE of Up to £54,590
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled MET Technician to join our busy Bodyshop team. As a MET Technician, you will be responsible for dismantling and reassembling damaged vehicles in accordance with the repair estimate, while ensuring all safety-related items and materials are within the used-by dates and are fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities- Dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles in accordance with the repair estimate
- Ensure all safety-related items and materials are within the used-by dates and are fit for purpose
- Follow and check methods and procedures as issued on every job
- Report any deviations from the estimate or methods issued to the estimator immediately
- ATA qualified in the motor vehicle refinishing trade
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the motor vehicle refinishing trade
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Negotiable salary for the right candidate
