Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales success through engagement with customers, collaboration across teams, and independent work. You will manage an existing customer base of around 300 and aim to expand new accounts. Key skills include excellent phone and presentation skills, telephone-based sales environment experience, and good knowledge of MS Office. A minimum of 1 year's sales experience and proven success in achieving sales targets are essential requirements.

The role involves prospecting and qualifying new sales leads, tracking sales activities in the company BMS system, meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing a sales calling plan with existing customers, and co-ordinating with team and other departments to maximise sales efforts. You may also be required to represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry networking events.
