About the Job:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our finance team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing revenue cycles, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing processes and software applications, as well as excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyse revenue cycles, including processing and generating accurate billing
  • Analyse customer contracts to ensure accurate billing according to agreed terms and pricing structures
  • Resolve billing discrepancies by investigating and clarifying client queries or internal issues
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices and work with the relevant teams to track payment progress
  • Maintain and update billing records in the system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with the operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless billing processes
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc billing reports for management review
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding billing and documentation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within healthcare, waste management, or another service-based industry
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and software applications
  • AAT qualification or equivalent would be advantageous
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external clients in a professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred) and other Microsoft Office applications
