Reinstatement Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Reinstatement Manager to join our team at Stanmore Quality Surfacing Ltd.
Main Purpose of Job
To manage and monitor contracts, ensuring maximum output and profit while minimizing costs, in compliance with Company policies, procedures, and legislation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with clients, project team members, and stakeholders
- Managing variations and valuations, including submission and settlement
- Ensuring health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance with S.P.E.C standards
- Managing human resources and teams of operatives
- Recommending staff training and development
- Handling customer care issues
- Maintaining high-quality work standards
- Controlling overtime, petty cash, and wages payments
- Carrying out pre, current, and post-contract management
- Monitoring project/contract performance
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and specifications
- Contributing to the effective management of operatives and contractors
- Ensuring KPI targets are achieved and maintained
- Assisting in the preparation of internal reporting information
- Ensuring plant allocation and undertaking plant audits
- Ensuring operatives adhere to the Working Time Directive
- Managing and ensuring drivers' hours are not exceeded
- Ensuring high-standard information submissions (job cards, Ontrack, etc.)
