Contracts Manager

Location: Enfield / Romford / Ilford area

Job Type: Permanent - Home-based

Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 plus car/allowance and bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee a directly employed trades team in the North London / Essex area. The successful candidate will work from home, managing a team responsible for insurance restoration reinstatement projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a directly employed trades team to ensure successful completion of insurance restoration reinstatement projects.
  2. Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  3. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
  4. Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the insurance restoration industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
