The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and Salesforce optimization, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust measurement and reporting framework to track the effectiveness of sales initiatives and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer services, and finance teams to align and optimize Salesforce strategies and tactics.
- Build processes that enable seamless customer interactions with Salesforce, ensuring a consistent experience across all touchpoints.
- Lead the implementation of an integrated omnichannel strategy within Salesforce, driving a seamless customer experience.
- Optimize lead mix into appropriate teams and queues within Salesforce to drive productive results.
- Develop and implement an effective dial strategy, including lead volume, frequency of calls, and agent allocation.
- Build and implement supporting reporting to provide insights into activity, productivity, and results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an optimization role involving data analysis.
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce to optimize operational performance.
- Proven experience in analyzing data and making tactical changes based on clear conclusions.
- Strong working relationships with operational teams and experience in the telecommunications or utilities industry.
