Job Overview

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets. This role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, while also ensuring that our team members are equipped to provide top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations to ensure seamless service delivery

Communicate and delegate tasks to the team to achieve departmental targets

Ensure compliance with brand standards and resort regulations

Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to resolve any issues

Represent the needs of the team and provide support to ensure their success

Assist Food and Beverage management in achieving financial targets and contributing to the growth of the department

Collaborate with other departments to maintain good working relationships and ensure a smooth service experience for our guests

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Previous Food and Beverage experience at supervisory level, preferably in a hospitality setting

Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and adapt to changing priorities

Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
