Food and Beverage Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest and member experiences while working to achieve departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities- Work in all areas of Food and Beverage, including the bar and restaurant, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, taking and delivering customer orders with high levels of customer service.
- Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow cash handling procedures and manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Upsell with latest departmental incentives and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Strive to achieve departmental targets and maintain good working relationships with other departments.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and excellent grooming standards.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and ability to work on your own or in teams.
- Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience is advantageous, as is experience with cash handling and knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
