Food and Beverage Service Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team on a part-time, casual basis. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest and member experiences while working to achieve departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities- Work in all areas of Food and Beverage, including the bar and restaurant, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service and ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
- Follow cash handling procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions and resolving issues.
- Upsell with the latest departmental incentives, promoting our products and services.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
- Strive to achieve departmental targets, contributing to the success of our team.
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Comply with resort security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
- Comply with local licensing laws, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Be environmentally aware, promoting sustainable practices and reducing waste.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary, maintaining good working relationships and a positive team dynamic.
