We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Endoscopy team at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a dedicated training academy.
The successful candidate will be a clinical expert, responsible for managing a caseload of patients and providing high-quality care. They will work as a highly skilled practitioner, exercising a high degree of personal autonomy and contributing to the development of professional practice through evidence-based practice and audit of standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Professional Leadership and Management: The postholder will demonstrate leadership skills that support and motivate others to continuously improve quality of care and standards of practice.
- Education, Training, and Development: The postholder will contribute to the training and education of others and establish formal links with local education providers.
- Research: The postholder will contribute to the development of professional practice through the promotion of evidence-based practice and audit of standards of care.
