We're looking for a seasoned HCM Senior Principal consultant to join the Oracle Consulting organization in driving the growth of our cloud HCM portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • Capture business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions
  • Build consensus around business processes and design
  • Communicate Oracle's HCM capabilities and solutions to clients
  • Maintain consistent rapport with client experts and stakeholders
  • Design and configure the Oracle HCM application solution to meet client needs
  • Travel when necessary to support client engagements

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Fusion HCM - Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, T&A
  • Ability to be security cleared
