About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of people technology, processes, and ways of working at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of the People Technology team, you will play a strategic and transformational role in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise for Oracle HCM, serving as the primary point of contact for People & Transformation business leads.
  • Collaborate with IT, suppliers, and partners to deploy people applications, including discovery, design, system testing, and UAT.
  • Work closely with IT, suppliers, and partners to ensure effective deployment to the business, prioritizing the employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships across People & Transformation to drive business outcomes.
  • Deliver business strategies and requirements, leveraging extensive experience in managing demands from various teams.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience reviewing releases and improvements from Oracle HCM, working with the Technology integrator team to identify optimal improvements and evaluate the impacts of universal upgrades.
  • Experience working in a Joint Venture, Merger, or Acquisition environment.
  • Experience delivering HRIS transformation and cloud module implementation.
  • Collaboration with Process Excellence and Digitalisation teams to maximise technology experience.
  • CRM/ERP platform experience.
