We are looking for a skilled and caring Residential Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Pengwern College. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.

You will work closely with our dedicated team to provide person-centred care and support that meets the unique needs of each individual. Our goal is to help our students achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of £24,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
