About the Academic Mentorship Role

We seek a highly skilled Teaching Assistant to provide academic support to students in Key Stage 1 and 2 in a primary school setting.

The ideal candidate will engage with pupils, fostering a love of learning and addressing specific areas of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver targeted intervention programs for KS1/2 children
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse teaching environments
  • Level 2 or higher qualification in Teaching Assistance
  • Experience working in a KS2 classroom
