About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Grace. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations, managing complex casework, and promoting effective workplace practices.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
  • Managing occupational health referrals and early conciliation/employment tribunal cases.
  • Developing strong relationships with line managers and stakeholders.
  • Coaching and training line managers in effective employee relations practices.
  • Participating in organizational initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge of employment law and best practices in employee relations.
  • Experience managing complex issues in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • CIPD qualified or studying towards relevant HR qualifications.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
