Residential Block Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Block Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with experience managing residential blocks and a deep understanding of property management legislation.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of residential blocks, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring the upkeep of communal areas. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring costs are controlled within the agreed budget.
