Nouvo Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hybrid Block Management Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring they are well-maintained, and building strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of property management and relevant legislation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, including regular site inspections and ensuring the upkeep of communal areas.
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure, and controlling costs within agreed limits.
  • Coordinating and managing repairs and maintenance works, working with contractors to ensure high standards and timely completion.
  • Oversighting and managing Section 20 consultations and coordinating major works projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, managing tenders, and liaising with contractors and residents.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents, responding to queries and addressing concerns effectively.
