Job Summary:

As a Branch Supervisor at Eurocell, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our trade branch, ensuring excellent customer service, operational standards, and sales targets are met. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales, maximize margins, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers

• Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and branch sales targets are achieved

• Support the delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining positive customer relationships

• Assist with the delivery of branch operations, including stocktakes and audits

• Maintain maintenance records for branch vehicles and conduct branch housekeeping

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure team compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets

• Hands-on customer-focused approach, confident, and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers

• Commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins, ensuring customers always walk away happy

• Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and use own initiative

• Confident IT user, experienced in MS Office, and industry-standard software such as SAP

• Full and valid driving license; FLT license advantageous

• Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required

• Previous branch stocktake experience beneficial

• Comfortable working in a small team and occasionally alone
