Membership Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Membership Administrator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the membership lifecycle, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless membership experiences for our members.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the membership lifecycle, including customer relationship management and customer service delivery.
- Process membership renewals and engagement, including payments, general queries, and answering and screening enquiries by telephone and email.
- Follow-up on membership referrals and leads, creating a seamless joining journey and onboarding experience for new members.
- Oversee each stage of the member journey and support members with their professional progression through the promotion of their training and courses.
- Administer member services and training courses, including face-to-face and online courses, qualifications, sourcing training venues, etc.
- Interact with learners, delegates, and trainers/training providers on learning-related activities.
- Update CRM systems, providing regular reports on membership acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Proactive, self-starter with b2b experience and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, internally and externally.
- Excellent telephone and people skills.
- Organizational skills: able to prioritize own workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- IT/Microsoft skills.
