Support Worker Specialist

At Five Education Recruitment Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Semih High Needs Assistant to join our team in Yeovil. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right individual to make a positive impact on the lives of students with high needs and special educational needs.
We operate a PAYE payroll system, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, inclusive of holiday pay.
This position requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who have autism, SEMH, and other high needs conditions.
The responsibilities of this role include adapting approaches to meet the individual needs of each child, maintaining a safe and consistent environment, establishing positive relationships with pupils, and helping students develop social skills and self-regulation skills.
