SEN Teaching Professional

We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Professional to join our team at Winner Education. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to achieve their goals.
This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position starting ASAP, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to develop and implement personalized education plans for each student.
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.
- Contribute to the development of a positive school culture that values inclusivity, respect, and empathy.
- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and external agencies to provide comprehensive support for students.
