SEN Teaching Specialist

Winner Education seeks an accomplished SEN Teaching Specialist to join our team in Cheshire.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support services to students with complex needs, ensuring they receive a tailored education that meets their individual requirements.

The salary for this position is £25-30 per day, with additional benefits including a generous joining bonus.
Main ResponsibilitiesLesson Planning and Delivery:
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of pre-verbal students.
- Implement strategies to differentiate instruction and improve pupil engagement.
Pupil Progress and Behaviour:
- Use formative assessments to inform instruction and monitor pupil progress.
- Develop behaviour management strategies to promote positive attitudes towards learning.
Professional Development:
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices.
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and participate in regular staff meetings.
