We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist SEN school in Chester.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to young people with autism and additional learning difficulties, aged 4-19 years.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as holding a current DBS on the update service or being willing to take one out.

The role involves supporting and supervising educational games, sports, and craft activities, helping children with their reading, preparing the classroom for lessons, and working with pupils in small groups or one-to-one.
