Role Overview

Think Recruitment is delighted to partner with a private funded property portfolio company in recruiting a Regional Facilities Director. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the company's recent acquisitions, expanding their +£300m property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of facilities management best practices, with experience in delivering M&E projects, managing service charge budgets, and maintaining statutory compliance. A full professional understanding of contract law and service charge management is also essential. Additionally, they should have knowledge of all compliance relating to property management.

This is a great chance for an experienced FM to join a talented team or for an ambitious Assistant FM looking to take on new challenges. The successful candidate can expect to work from site 3 days a week and 2 days from home.

Salary Expectations
£50K per annum plus £5K car allowance and 27 days annual leave.
