Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is proud to partner with one of the UK's leading non-profit organisations in their search for a Senior Analytics Manager.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Analytics Manager to play a crucial role in driving and advancing the analytics efforts across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and ensuring data-driven insights are leveraged effectively to meet business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing data management, analytics, and reporting
  • Working across the entire data and analytics spectrum
  • Leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Developing and implementing data visualisation tools and strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics role, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and A/B testing
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • A commitment to diversity and creating an inclusive environment

What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £60,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
