The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of the regional network, assisting in developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the regional network environment. They will also be expected to support, configure, maintain, and upgrade network devices, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and configuring network devices
  • Maintaining and upgrading network systems
  • Monitoring network availability and performance
  • Performing timely response and technical support for incidents and requests
