Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and committed Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the senior chefs in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our discerning members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior chefs in menu preparation and presentation
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality and service
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of seasonal ingredients, wines, and spirits
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a high-quality and busy destination restaurant
  • Passion for food and working with seasonal high-quality ingredients
  • Interest in learning new techniques and ingredients
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Motivated and looking to develop career
