Chandos Lodge Care Home is seeking EXPERIENCED CARE ASSISTANTS and TEAM LEADERS for DAYS & NIGHTS to join our friendly and dedicated team who share our company values and commitment to our residents who call Chandos Lodge 'Home'

Job Responsibilities:

Care Assistant:

  • Provide all aspects of personal care
  • Assist residents to and from bed
  • Complete hourly checks (on nights)
  • Help residents participate in meaningful activities
  • Maintain a clean and tidy home

Team Leader:

  • Supervise Care Assistants
  • Administer medication
  • Maintain a safe and caring environment
  • Provide personal care
  • Assist during meal times
  • Encourage residents to participate in stimulating activities


Requirements:

  • Compassion, care, and commitment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A caring and friendly nature
  • The ability to work well within a team and under pressure
