The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, operations, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex and dynamic environments. They will be a collaborative leader, able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Head, Governors, and staff.

The Chief Financial and Strategic Officer will be responsible for leading the school's financial planning and management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also oversee the operational functions, including facilities management, IT, and human resources.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions. They will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement plans to drive business growth and improvement.
