About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer care and be the vital link between our clients and our workshop at Graypaul Ferrari Maserati Edinburgh.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping our clients up to date at every stage of their journey through the service department. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
This is a challenging but rewarding role where customer care always comes first. You will have the ability to offer best advice on our products and services to our clients, building a genuine rapport and forming a long-lasting relationship.
About You
We are looking for an individual with previous experience within a Franchised Dealership, preferably with a prestige brand. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Ferrari and Maserati to support your career development.
You will possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a strong customer service background. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
