Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at RPS Group. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, screening, and health promotion.
  • Provide proactive occupational health services to clients and coordinate defined OH activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Apply specialist skills and knowledge to prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse on the NMC Register, holding a post-registration qualification in OH.
  • Experience in all aspects of OH service delivery, including health service delivery, fitness for work, and screening procedures.
  • Robust clinical governance attitude and ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to chair regular team meetings.
  • Approachable style and ability to connect with others.
  • Pragmatic approach and strong decision-making ability.
  • Management qualification at certificate level or above desirable but not essential.
  • High degree of self-motivation and management.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Teams or equivalent.
  • Strong team player and ability to lead by example.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
