About the Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance on workplace health and safety matters. You will work closely with our clients to identify and mitigate health risks, develop and implement health and safety policies, and provide training and support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct health risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety matters
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address health and safety concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A registered nurse qualification and post-registration qualification in occupational health
  • Experience in occupational health service delivery, including health surveillance and fitness for work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of self-motivation and management
