Job Title: Field Sales Executive

A rapidly expanding company, Pertemps Birmingham Commercial, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a target-driven attitude and excellent communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and manage a client base through outbound phone calls, emails, and visits.
  2. Quote work and manage deals from start to delivery, ensuring successful delivery of deals.
  3. Identify opportunities to introduce new products and services to clients.
  4. Work independently with a self-motivated attitude and a keen eye for detail.
  5. Communicate effectively across different business functions.
Requirements:
  1. Experience building relationships with customers and working in a KPI-driven environment.
  2. Enthusiastic with a desire to be part of a winning culture.
  3. Adaptable and able to handle a variety of inquiries.
  4. Excellent phone manner and professional approach to customers.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
