About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Handler to join our dynamic Motor Claims team at Davies Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our repairers and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take phone claims reported by drivers and manage the claims process from inception to settlement.
- Enter email notifications of claims onto our claims system and update customers throughout the process.
- Work with our repairers to progress damaged vehicles and ensure high-quality service standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure claims are progressing as expected.
- Deliver high levels of customer service through phone and email correspondence, meeting or exceeding client service levels.
- Manage your workload effectively, maintaining productivity levels and meeting daily targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Desirable: motor claims experience, with a good understanding of commercial motor claims processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
