Property Claims Manager

About This Role
We are seeking a Property Claims Manager to join our team at Davies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, ensuring that we meet our service level agreements and provide the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex claims, ensuring that they are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports
- Work closely with our claims team to ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, ensuring that we are always looking for ways to enhance our service
Requirements
- Relevant claims experience, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
