Job Title: Safety and Compliance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Compliance Engineer to join our team at Airbus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft fleet and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with MRP Pt.145 and Pt.M regulations
  • Manage the Safety Management System and promote a culture of active compliance
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in departmental and organizational meetings to share knowledge and best practices
  • Support organizational continuous improvement programs and projects

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of MRP and CAA Pt.145 and Pt.M regulations
  • Experience in performing investigations and root cause analysis
  • Good working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems
  • Good level of aviation engineering knowledge
