Safety and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Compliance Engineer to join our team at Airbus UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet of aircraft and maintaining a safe and just culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out audits and investigations in accordance with local procedures and regulatory requirements
- Manage the Safety Management System and promote active Compliance and SMS cultures
- Participate in departmental and organizational meetings as required
- Support organizational continuous improvement programs and projects
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in aviation engineering and a good working knowledge of MRP and CAA Pt.145 and Pt.M regulations. Experience in performing investigations and root cause analysis is essential, as is a good level of quality management systems and safety management systems knowledge.
