Physiotherapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Military Medical Personnel. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing rehabilitation services to military patients with musculoskeletal injuries, neurological injuries, and complex trauma.

About the Role

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in three types of treatment centres:

  • Primary Care Rehabilitation Facilities (PCRFs): Providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
  • Regional Rehabilitation Units (RRUs): Conducting specialist assessments and providing treatment options for patients with complex injuries.
  • Stanford Hall - The Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC): Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide consultant-led rehabilitation services.
Requirements
  • HCPC Registered.
  • Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
  • Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.
  • Post-graduate diploma level in the assessment and treatment of muscular-skeletal disorders, sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, mobilisation and manipulation.
  • 2 years post graduate clinical experience in MSK disorders.
  • Previously held Physiotherapist Band 6 role or equivalent.
