**Role Overview:**
This Senior Support Worker role involves acting as shift leader, assisting in maintaining service standards, participating in the on-call rota, and contributing to the assessment, development, and review of support and care plans. You'll work closely with children to guide them through challenging circumstances, accompany them to school, and provide ongoing support in their daily life.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing guidance and support to children with complex needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
  • Contributing to the development of care plans and reviews.


**Requirements and Benefits:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in a support environment, a valid driving license, QCF level 3 qualification, knowledge of statutory regulations, and ability to adhere to safeguarding protocols. The estimated salary for this role is around £12.75 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience.
